I am not very crafty working with cgi (lucky for me my host auto installed oscommerce). I followed the instructions exactly for uploading all the new files though. I looked at my error report and I have a hard time knowing how to fix the database. If I possibly sent you the error log could you explain where I went wrong with the installation.
